Coaches & Parents:
Welcome to the Banner Program for the upcoming 2011/2012 season.
This is a fantastic way to raise funds for the upcoming
season’s expenses, to pay for practice ice time, exhibition games, &
tournaments. This
program is being offered to KC hockey teams this season from Novice
through to Midget AAA. Some teams in the past have raised over
$15,000.00 on a banner, and made it their only fundraiser for the
year.
The program has seven different levels, which are as follows:
Club Level:
Gold
- $5,000.00
Entitles the sponsor to a large size logo on all of the
participating teams banner
Silver
- $3,000.00
Entitles the sponsor to a medium size logo on all of the
participating team’s banners
Bronze
- $1,500.00
Entitles the sponsor to a small size logo on all of the
participating team’s banners
All Club level sponsors will have their logo placed on the Knights
of Columbus Hockey website.
Team Level:
Gold
- $800.00
Entitles the sponsor a large size logo on one team banner.
Silver
- $500.00
Entitles the sponsor a medium size logo on one team banner.
Bronze
- $200.00
Entitles the sponsor to a small size logo on one team banner.
Arena Level:
Wall
- $2000.00
Entitles the sponsor to display their ad/logo on a 4’x8’ wallboard
in one of the Edmonton area rinks for a full year
Individual teams will earn 80% of the fee for both the Club level &
Team level, and 45% of the fee for the Arena level sponsorship.
All sponsorship cheques are to be made payable to “KC
Sabres”.
The Sabres will reimburse the individual teams for their
share of the proceeds and will use remaining funds to pay for the
printing & setup of the banners, and any wallboards.
All that is required is a digital copy of the sponsor’s logo
in a high resolution .JPEG, .AI, or .EPS format.
Cutoff date for 1st banner printing run is Nov 2/2011, and the final cutoff is Dec 14/2011
Want to earn a registration fee
discount for your child?
Any individual that sells a
Club Level or Arena Level
sponsor will be credited 10% of the fee. (Eg. Club gold at $5000
will get credit of $500) Credit will be put towards registration for
the next season (players in their final season of midget will be
reimbursed their registration fees for this present season).
