 IMPORTANT

One EFCL Corporate Fee PER FAMILY is mandatory, so please be sure to select to add it to your registration unless you have all ready paid it with another child's registration. Your Player will not be added to the call lists for camps unless this step is completed.

IMPORTANT - CHEQUE PAYMENTS:

Your Registration is not complete, and your Player will not be added to the call lists, until the steps below are completed. Conditioning Camps have limited room, so please be sure to send your payment in quickly to ensure your spot is reserved.

The cheque option will be available online until August 29th, after that it will revert to Visa and MasterCard only.

DEADLINE - The following cheques MUST be received at the KC Office no later than September 1st along with a copy of your online registration receipt.

- A cheque to KC Hockey dated no later than September 1, 2010 for the registration fee plus the $25 EFCL Corporate Fee (Bantam = $645+$25=$670, Midget = $695+$25=$720).

- A cheque to KC Sabres dated no later than September 1, 2010 for the Conditioning Camp Fee $80 (if applicable).

- A cheque to KC Sabres dated no later than September 1, 2010 for your Bingo Deposit of $250 (cheque will be returned once your Bingo has been worked), or for your Bingo Buyout of $150.
